Question |
After the BIOS in my X9DRi-F motherboard was upgraded to BIOE 3.0, the USB keyboard and mouse would freeze in Windows 2008 R2 every 3 seconds. I am using the Intel E5-2650 processors. All the drivers, including the chipset, LAN and VGA drivers, are installed. Is there any way to fix this issue? |

Answer |
For the Intel Sandy Bridge processors, please enable QPI Link1 state in BIOS. The setting can be found under Advanced --> Chipset Configuration --> North Bridge --> QPI Configuration --> QPI Link1. |
