Supermicro Intelligent Management

On-board BMC Specification: [ Click to Show Features ]

The Supermicro X13/H13/X12/H12 platform's BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) is built on the ASPEED AST 2600. AST2600’s design is specifically based on Dual-core ARM Cortex A7 and various hardware interfaces including as Root of Trust (RoT), MCTP over PCIe, and dual JTAG master, supporting modern remote manageability on Supermicro platforms.

The Supermicro X11/H11/H12 platform's BMC is built on ASPEED AST 2500. AST2500’s design is specifically based on ARM11 and various hardware interfaces including PCIe gen 2, PECI 4.0, eSPI, and JTAG master.

The Supermicro X10 platform's BMC is built on the ASPEED AST 2400. The AST2400 design is specifically based on ARM9 and various hardware interfaces including PCIe gen 1, PECI 3.1, and 14 sets of multi-function I2C/SMBus.
